I recently mentioned that we’d received this lovely wall pot as a gift and in no time at all we found the perfect place in the garden for this beauty. I noticed that it came from a company called Creekwood and a few weeks later, I browsed the website and I placed an order for three Christmas themed pots.
What happened next was a lesson in how I think businesses ought to behave…but often don’t! I received an incorrect order. I’d actually ordered those, above, but I received these, below:
I contacted Creekwood, explained what had happened, sent them photos etc. They replied quickly, saying that they would send replacements, asap. I asked them to send a label to return the incorrect items and a lovely customer service lady said that there was no need and that I could keep them to give as presents!
What wonderful service and how lucky was I?!
I thanked them and promised that I would give them a mention…and so here’s the website:
Moving on, and on Wednesday, Nich and I had a trip to Kent’s cavern, for coffee and a natter. It was good to get into the Christmas spirit…and these lovely mags greeted us too…
Always a pleasure… and it was good to see two coach loads of children visiting. It’s a superb place to learn about prehistoric times!
On Saturday, Mr Snippets and myself ventured to Powderham for coffee and a mooch.
The displays in the plant centre were very appealing…
…as was the fruit and veg in the shop!
And so begins December! 😁🎄🎅🌲🧑🎄🎄🎅🌲🧑🎄🎄
