Lovely cards!
And I received various gifts, including a pretty box filled with crafty bits; a pair of silver earrings with labradorite; a plant arrangement; some Le Creuset baking dishes, a card with some wild flower seeds included…and then there was a voucher…for afternoon tea for two at a very nice hotel, not too far away!
Later in the day, my other half took me to the local pub for an early evening meal.
It was a delightful day!
In our family, because there are many birthdays at this time of the year, we are having a family gathering, at the weekend, to celebrate all together, as some of the family had to work yesterday and others were at school.
Meanwhile, there’s no peace for the wicked as today we have little William and he requested that we do some fire engine art! And so when I got home from my birthday meal, luckily, I found some ideas online…we’ve had fun creating these:
