This saves so much argument in our house!
Alan Shearer spent many years on my wall! ππ€£π
An ‘out and out goal machine’, I have followed him for many years,
from when he played for Southampton and then Blackburn and then Newcastle
as well as playing for England. He was a truly superb footballer who knew
exactly the aim of the game...as did..
Thierry Henry...his skill, playing for Arsenal, was a joy to watch; Arsenal being
my other half’s chosen team. Such a shame he’s French but we will forgive
him for that! Such a shame they never played together, ‘ up front’ !
So, two very worthy recipients who deserve this accolade and they continue
to represent the game of football in the way that it should be represented.
Characters too! I miss watching them!

Wasn’t there a fascination over a certain pair of thighs? π
It's nice, when the "Good Guys," get recognized!!!!!!!!!!

Shearer may only just have been inducted into the Premier League Hall of Fame, but he's been in the Sally Hall of Thighs for years! Football hasn't been the same since Henry and Shearer retired - just not the same class in the game any more!
