Someone was in the Easter spirit this weekend! That is, William’s dad and William, who created this, together!
We spent a lovely few hours with them on Easter Sunday; Nich cooked a superb roast for us all to enjoy. Lizzie provided the desserts and William, obviously the entertainment…along with….
Well, there’s always one, as they say! He always enters into the spirit…and I can feel a caption competition coming on! 🤣😱😂😆
Meanwhile, we had a jolly jaunt to The South Hams, yesterday. I’ve never been to Fast Rabbit Farm and so off we went to investigate!
It really is a lovely place in the middle of nowhere! We didn’t go into the gardens this time but just looked around the polytunnels and the plants on offer. We were greeted by a lovely lady who explained that there is so much to look at, including ponds and streams and all sorts. So we are planning to go back at a later date. Fast Rabbit Farm can be found here
On the way home we dropped into Longcombe Nursery…it was looking sooo good there!
Meanwhile, in my spare time, over the weekend, I was thinking about all the caravans coming into Devon for the bank holiday…
With caravans on my mind, I felt inspired and I made a few cards...as one does!
Finally, the real star of our garden has made its presence felt this week…a stunning Azalea.
I literally live around the corner from Fast Rabbit Farm, a piece of paradise. Helen x
ReplyDeleteWow…lucky you! If I had my time all over again, The South Hams would be my first choice of a place to live. I love the area. We are very lucky that it’s within striking distance! 😁
DeleteThe Easter 'bonnet' is wonderful and beautifully modelled by all who wore it.
ReplyDeleteFast Rabbit Farm sounds most interesting and what an inviting name.
Your azalea is gorgeous - what a vibrant colour.
Fast Rabbit Farm looks wonderful and I see from its website that it's located in Strawberry Valley! How perfect!
ReplyDeleteWonderful Easter bonnet and a certain somebody looks happy to model the finished hat.
ReplyDeleteFast Rabbit farm, that is such a great name. Who wouldn't want to take a peek there.
Beautiful Azalea and a real showstopper in your garden. Enjoy the rest of your week.
Beautiful flowers, it's getting almost time to plant here, we've had several more mornings with frost on the ground and on the rooftops, so not quite yet, but hopefully soon. Darling hat, sounds like they had fun making and wearing it. The little caravans are cute.
