Strawberry Fields ( forever!)

It took an hour, door to door, but oh my it was well worth it! The journey was easy, the day was dry and the skies were blue,

I’ve never been to Strawberry Fields Farm Shop, which is near Lifton. (Lifton, in Devon, is not far from Launceston, which is in Cornwall.) I was in for a treat!

Obviously, arriving at lunch time, we made straight for the restaurant! The menu was extensive and we were spoilt for choice. Many of the meals on offer came with a ‘small’ or ‘large’ choice. We chose small but they were so generous I would’ve called them large! As well as this, the staff were attentive and polite. It was truly lovely.

They seem to like to make a feature of their vehicles, too! 

After lunch it was a case of a mooch in the shop, which offered so much!

There were also plenty of ‘non food’ items.

I highly recommend this delightful farm shop! They certainly have it just right and although I didn’t purchase anything in the shop, I’ll certainly be going back ! They have a ‘Tulip Fest’ in April, and I know that they organise other events as they had a ‘Big Machine Week’  only a few weeks ago.
