So Christmas is done and dusted and we are back to some kind of normality in our new abode!
Four months on and we’ve achieved so much, our aim being to get most of the major jobs
completed by Christmas. Our next task is to decorate the kitchen but as this appears to have
been done in recent times, all that we really need to do is to paint the walls to our taste.
Christmas table mats have been replaced with my lovely ‘I Like Birds’ table mats…
There’s still plenty to do..so watch this space!
Aren’t they lovely?
My workroom is now up and running and, as I’m no longer teaching, it gives me the chance to
think about doing some crafting. I’ve long been an admirer of the Cambridge Imprint designs
and I spent quite some time, last week, trying to decide on which papers to choose!
I ended up with these but there are a whole lot more available!
If you buy more than ten sheets, the generous discount of 55p per sheet, applies!
I also chose some rubber stamps…my enthusiasm got the better of me!
These have been added to my Penny Black collection..
At the weekend, I gathered together a few bits and pieces, including my collection of tag pads
and embellishments, from K&Company.
I like this company simply for the quality of the products.
I made a start on altering a very boring clipboard!
But then I became sidetracked ..again! I have a box, full of Sizzix letters and numbers,
all mixed up! So I stopped and began to sort these out …
…a somewhat tedious but necessary task!
Happy January everyone!
