It's a simple, little place.
It's unassuming and almost hidden away in
Ticklemore Street, Totnes!
It's THE place to go for your mid morning drink and natter!
And of course, it's always the place to start the day before negotiating
that famous hill!

Do you know, I pass it often, indeed my hair dresser is close by, and yet I've never been in there. Must go in next time I'm there.

ReplyDeleteHi Sal one day I will get to Devon to all these glorious places on your blog. I went to Barter Books in Alnwick earlier this year and I came away with 'The Family From One End Street'can you remember reading it - I too have very fond memories of Milly Molly Mandy, so many people of my age have no memories of books. I remember one of my favourites being 'The Treasure Seekers'.
ReplyDeleteI just love that photo of the bike at the doorway. Really neat.
