It's been a funny old week!

For me, a week of sickness, a sore throat, a cough, a cold

and a general feeling of yuck!

And then, lo and behold, along comes an email from a pal...with the attached picture.

I think it was this lovely collage which cheered me the most!

Do share it with me!

Have a lovely weekend everyone...and a thank you again, to Margaret! ;-)

Hope you feel better soon.
I have had the cold and yuck feeling all week with blocked ears, I wish it would just go away from whence it came!

Oh, Sal, it's lovely to see my photo collage heading up today's post! It looks even better on your blog than on my screen, but I do have fun looking through my thousands of photos and making photo collages - the virtual equivalent of 'cutting & sticking', har, har! And who would have thought that my grandparents' punch bowl in which I'd put some of the walnuts from our walnut tree, would be gracing the ether more than 250 years since it was produced in the mid 18th century! My Mum said it had always lived on top of the carved oak corner cupboard (one which our younger son and his partner now have and use for their crockery.)
But so glad the photo cheeres you up!

Yes, Sal, get well soon. And glad your readers like my collage - I would like to mention, folks, that the walnuts are off our walnut tree (top left, top right.) Home grown, organic, no carbon footprint walnuts!

lovely collage - very autumnal feeling. Sorry to hear that you've not been feeling well, there seems to be so much of it about at the moment - I think the change in the weather has left lots of people feeling, well, under the weather. Anyway, hope you are feeling better now and had a restful weekend.
