Sometimes it's just nice to do a bit of 'mooching', if you know what I mean!
Today, I mooched around in the craft room but achieved very little in the process really..I suppose you can say I am 'end of the weekish' ! (However, I've felt a bit like since Monday !)
But assessing the fabric stash is a very important job, isn't it? Taking stock.
I discovered bits that I had forgotten about and brought them to the fore... trying to bring my imagination along with it.
I found this :
this:
this:
this:
and this :
And finally, a piece of this, which arrived through my letter box last week, from a very kind lady who had read my recent blog post about fabrics from my past..thank you Caroline!
I did manage to finish some needle cases, which are now in my shop...Vintage Snippets... at a 'snip'!
I do hope that everyone has a great weekend ;-)
I have something very special to attend and just pray that I do not disturb the Chancellor's speech with my cough that won't quite go away!!
I must not forget my camera, that's for sure !
;-)

ReplyDeleteIn case you didn't know about it, it's at the end of an article about the Vintage craft fair that you did towards the end of the year. They've featured some of the people who attended and put links for some others of note. :o)
