A Day to Remember! ;-)

What a day to remember!
Everyone was so lovely!
Thank you to my wonderful Mr Snippets for being there for me..he was a star.
Sometimes you just have to give your tongue a rest (in my case that is quite difficult!) and let the photos do the talking! ;-)
(And anyway, Hen has said it all on hers!!

  9. A lovely day amongst lovely people
I am glad that it was the success it was,
especially for Michelle and Jayne ( I was relieved to see that the cyanide capsules and Luger pistols were put away soon after "open-doors" lol! )
It was a delight to meet not only the stall holders present but all the visitors and bloggers too
Finally I must say that it was a well balanced display of diverse crafts of such high standard
Could have done with a man creche though lol!

  14. I have obviously missed something as I've not been looking in regularly (been away, and pressure of work ... says she, who is retired, but women never retire, do they?) I would've come along to wherever you held this sale (at home? Village hall?) But hope you had a great time!

  15. Just a PS to my previous comment. I see your first photo is of HATS. It might therefore interest you to know that I've a feature on the history of hatting in the forthcoming Jan issue of Ancestors magazine. It has a totally different history from millinery (and that will be featured later in the year.)
