What a day to remember!
Everyone was so lovely!
Thank you to my wonderful Mr Snippets for being there for me..he was a star.
Sometimes you just have to give your tongue a rest (in my case that is quite difficult!) and let the photos do the talking! ;-)
(And anyway, Hen has said it all on hers!!
Thanks so much for posting all these wonderful pictures for those of us who were unable to attend. I'm guessing you had a great time.

ReplyDeleteIt was lovely to meet you and such a nice day. You were quick off the mark updating, mine will be a little tardy!
ReplyDeleteLooks like you had a great day, hope you do it again next year ...may be I can make it. Who did the hat stall??? :)

A lovely day amongst lovely people
ReplyDeleteI am glad that it was the success it was,
especially for Michelle and Jayne ( I was relieved to see that the cyanide capsules and Luger pistols were put away soon after "open-doors" lol! )
It was a delight to meet not only the stall holders present but all the visitors and bloggers too
Finally I must say that it was a well balanced display of diverse crafts of such high standard
Could have done with a man creche though lol!
Superb photo's Sal you put me to shame....wasn't it fun

Great photos. Haven't got round to uploading mine yet as I've been at DH all day. Maybe tomorrow!

I have obviously missed something as I've not been looking in regularly (been away, and pressure of work ... says she, who is retired, but women never retire, do they?) I would've come along to wherever you held this sale (at home? Village hall?) But hope you had a great time!

Just a PS to my previous comment. I see your first photo is of HATS. It might therefore interest you to know that I've a feature on the history of hatting in the forthcoming Jan issue of Ancestors magazine. It has a totally different history from millinery (and that will be featured later in the year.)
