Last week, Mr S and I decided to have a short break, away from home!
On Thursday, we made Hay whilst the sun shone!!!
Hay on Wye, to be exact!
It's a lovely little town, with so much to take in...
You get bookshops galore!
And funny, little, quirky junk/antique shops...
Shops with strange names...
Galleries...
Tea rooms...
And of course...vintage...

I was so pleased that I finally got to meet the lovely Louise and all of her vintage goodies , including her scrummy fabric!
But you know, Hay was only really a 'pit stop' on Thursday... as we had to move on to our little bit of heaven...our secret little hideaway in Shropshire!
And so this is not really ...
We had a date with the most lovely couple, Mary and Hugh, and we did not want to be late!
