Good for the soul! ;-)





Last Saturday, we found ourselves in Port Isaac! 

And it was a vastly different place to the

one which we'd visited in the summer.





It was  a real treat to wander, at our leisure!




...and take in the stunning scenery.








I think that a visit at this time of year is far preferable as you can

appreciate the beauty, the peace and the quiet, rather than the

noise, hustle and bustle during the summer months.














 Not to mention it being very good for the soul!

    I'm dreaming of walking down all those narrow lanes admiring the cottages and feeling the fresh sea breeze on my face. I feel better already!

    I have often thought how much I would resent holiday makers if I lived in a beautiful place like Devon or Cornwall etc. I would have to earn my living from them in the summer months to compensate. :)
