Sometimes you just need to get out into the fresh air and clear your mind
of everything going on!
Just lately, my head is full of all the GCSE English that I have to teach;
I wake up thinking about it and I go off to sleep...
doing the same!
I don't think I have ever worked so hard as I have just lately,
getting to grips with new books and poetry.
And so, Saturdays are my escape!
Last Saturday, was no exception. It was fresh and nippy but the sun was
in full view and the sky was as blue as blue.
There are few better places to go for a wander, in South Devon, when the air is so fresh,
than Topsham.
And we wandered; and we laughed as we wandered.
I spotted two cars that I would have loved to call mine!
We ended up at Topsham Antiques centre, on the quay.
It's always fun browsing here.
Spring had definitely sprung and, as we caught the train home,
I felt much more fresh inside
...and ready to do battle with another week of...
Conflict poetry!
;-)
Looks like you had the most wonderful time.

Wonderful photos of Topsham, we were staying there for a few days before Easter. It looks much warmer in your photos! I admired that camper van too!

lovely photos of Topsham. I love it there - so many fab places to browse in and then plenty of good pubs for a bit of liquid refreshment!
