Vintage at Tavistock!!

I'm really excited this week!

Why?!

On Saturday, there's a new event in Tavistock!

When I opened up 'Antique Explorer' yesterday, there was my name in a short

feature about this fair! Way hay!!!

The fair will take place in Tavistock Town Hall,(which was built in 1864).

There will be oodles of vintage items : furnishings, glass,

homeware, French brocante vintage clothing, vintage eiderdowns

plus heaps more including...

my vintage fabrics!! ;-)

Oh... and tea and cakes isn't just tea and cakes!

Oh no!

MORE TEA VICAR!!!

will be there and they are decorating the town hall's

Rundle Room , in true vintage style!

Images of retro fashion and design will be shown on the stage

as the event unfolds.

Katherine Sorrell , from BBC Homes and Antiques, will be there to sign

her new book 'The Modern Vintage Home.'

Music from the 1940s to 1980s along with the appearance of

some vintage classic cars , in the town square, will complete the day!

I expect there will be a whole lot more but you get the gist!

The Western Morning News has given the fair (organised by Sian King)

a wonderful write up!

Do come and say hello if you happen to be in the area!
