Just a few snaps of my garden ( I wish! )

When we visited RHS Rosemoor, in the Springtime, it was simply so beautiful .
We promised ourselves another visit in the summer but we were just waiting for the right day, weatherwise!

That day was today !
We took my mum and dad along with us, to enjoy the beauty and splendour.
A completely different kind of beauty greeted us this time ; a very colourful, vivid beauty.
Everything was now very much alive and kicking, whereas previously it was only just yawning and waking up.

My photos are a 'snippet' of what was on offer and they truly do not give this beautiful place the justice it deserves.

It was stunningly beautiful.

Whichever way we turned, there was something stunning at which to say, 'Wow' !

And there are so many places where you can rest and watch the world go by.

RHS Rosemoor is a fabulous place.
Do visit if you are in the area.

I really do think that an autumn visit should be pencilled into my diary, don't you?

  2. Rosemoor is so beautiful, I have been there quite a few times and always love it. I remember the vegetable garden being fascinating. My favourite garden of all is Marwood near Barnstaple, it gets a mention in this month's Country Living magazine.

  3. I think it'll be beautiful in autumn, I never been but have thought about it loads.
Thanks for sorting my basket, it was really kind of Nich to bring it in, I was teasing him about it being in a bag but his friend said his street cred would've gone down if he hadn't! Speak soon :)

  5. Thanks for the tour around Rosemoor Sal. It is on my long list of places to visit! I would love to visit Harlow Carr too, although we never seem to venture as far up country as that, on holiday. I'm into herbaceous planting, and do like Rosemoor's large blocks of planting. I'd love to master the effect in my own garden? x
