My Peg Pads

This is such an easy idea!!

I recently acquired some packs of wooden clothes pegs.

Using some pretty fabrics and double sided tape, I covered the pegs.

Prettied them up with some floral and butterfly embellishments and ribbons.

Then I set about finding some colourful papers.

Pegged them together...

Add more papers whenever you like!
Makes a nice 'n easy, colourful gift!

  7. Thanks for that link Sal, Carol suggested buying some white towels and sewing some red spotty fabric to the bottom so I may try that aswell.......

Love your peg pads, I love scrapbooking and I have made, what I think, are some really nice photo wall displays with my scrapping stuff.... it really is adictive though....

Do you watch the craft days on QVC? my husband hates them with the worry of my buying so much....

  12. I am amazed at all the craft-y things you produce and still find time to teach! Well done, you! And I love that print of Exeter. I'm biassed, though, as I love Exeter, esp the *Decorated Gothic Cathedral which is smaller than many an English cathedral but as they say, good things come in small parcels.
*Alec Clifton Taylor says in his book The Cathedrals of England:
"The Decorated cathedral par excellence is Exeter ...To step into Exeter Cathedral is to enjoy another of the supreme architechtural pleasures of England ... The organ-case is better than some, but in my view the organ is excessively obtrusive. More to be regretted is that the vault rises to a mere 69 ft. Height, although exciting, is not an end in itself; what matters is proporion. At Exeter the vault, once again, is too low for its width and especially for its length, for this is the longest church roof in England - just 300 ft - flowing through from end to end without a break, since there is no central tower to interrupt it. There is little else to criticise. The special delight of this interior resides in its exceptional warmth ...."
I could go on, but I think you get the impression - Clifton Taylor loves it as much as I do!
