We had a brilliant time too ;-)
(I've such a lot to blog about, it'll take til Christmas!!)
However, just for starters and until I get my blogging brain back into gear, here's where we stayed:
It didn't come as any surprise to us as we've stayed there before..in fact, this was our third visit (in thirteen years) and all that I can say is that if you are contemplating a visit to Shropshire, then this is THE place to stay!
Llanhedric Farm, Clun
(Home of Mary and Hugh.)
Each morning we looked out at this ; we could see Clun Castle in the distance.

Oh... and sheep everywhere!
Lovely garden features...
We just love the place!
Mary Jones is one of life's treasures!
She made us feel at home and looked after us so well, with her good hearty breakfasts.
And in the evening...the Sun continued to shine, in Clun:
Just another of Clun's little gems!
Along with:
(Here we are in holiday mode!!)
Actually, it's a fab little gift shop.
Not forgetting the famous Clun bridge!
And this rather lovely residence in the main street.
And this one, which has not been finished... yet ;-)
And that's Clun..and I've only just begun!
I'd love it if you could join me on more of my holiday in a day or two!
I've missed you all!! ;-)
