Pull together !

Well, the Great British Intelligentsia is out again, tonight, in the Telegraph! That rag won’t be getting any more of my money. (Same with any paper..they all peddle tripe) It’s bad enough reading articles that are full of grammar errors, let alone reading how the journos have now cast off their ‘Brexpert cloaks’ and donned their Medexpert cloaks! Oh to be expert in so much! I’m almost jealous. Wish I’d gone to that university as I could have been well primed in politics, well genned up in germs and well sorted in science. ( However,I was far too busy at my Swiss finishing school, obviously!)

Seriously...

People need to give it a rest and consider that this country needs to pull together. Selfish lot, advocating breaking the rules..bet they were the same, ignorant, stupid people who bought all the loo rolls and invaded the beaches back in April/May/ June. They think that they are immune from a silent enemy. And they don’t even consider how easily they can pass it on to the next person.

Boris Johnson didn’t cause the virus...or ask for it. He’s just doing his best to consider EVERY single issue and make what he thinks are the right decisions at the time. It’s one hell of a task, one hell of a worry and one hell of a balancing act.

Does he really want to see another load of deaths? Honestly?

(When he almost saw his own? Come on!)

Does he really want to see the economy go even further into decline?

(When we are about to become an independent nation!)

Yeah right! That must be it ...(decree the ‘professors of knowing it all’)

Does he really want or need this cr@p?

So what, if we have to wait a few months longer for our holiday, wedding, live football.

Too bad.

Better that than an early funeral.

Streptocarpus.

                                                I give you the Streptocarpus.

Aren’t they lovely? I’ve had them for a couple of years.
However, although I say houseplant, these three plants
have spent their time, since April, in my potting area
....and boy, have they been wonderful!

Many years ago, as a young teacher in Surrey, I was given
one of these plants as a present at the end of a summer term
and I kept it for years! This particular plant had a purple
flower and coincidentally, the child’s name was Sally.

Hopefully, I can keep these going for quite some time!

I’m no Streptocarpus expert but if you want to find out more then
